In January 2016, we decided to buy our first home and started looking at several options ranging from reputed builders to small players. None were satisfactory. We had very specific requirements and there was always a compromise and you don’t get it all. We started focusing on Anna Nagar and nearby vicinities and our internet search yielded “M/S Navtoj Structurals”. A casual check turned out to be very prospective after we looked at their work and portfolio. We were highly impressed with their engineering prowess and aesthetic touches at all their completed and in-progress projects and narrowed down on their project “Lakshmi Nilayam”.

After a sit-down with Navtoj’ s management team, we knew it was the place we wanted. After all it turned out “you can have the cake and eat it too”. I was living in small Old house built on 2 ground + plot with lot of open space unutilised. My friends used to advise me to go for Joint Venture. But somehow I dare not, May be my apprehensions about dealing with builders. At last I found a builder M/S.Navtoj Structurals whose work I watched while my friend’s joint Venture was in progress. I am a Civil engineer with construction experience. My Joint Venture friend used to take me to his site to ascertain quality & design. The work was superb. Starting from Soil Test, Foundation Design and Quality of Construction was excellent. I used to joke that BIS should upgrade / Raise their standards based on this construction. Such was adherence to quality. Even steel Rods used mill fresh and even laboriously Epi coated. I see a team of structural engineers & architects are behind every venture. Top of it M/s.NAVTOJ Structurals are Transparent, Approachable and amenable to positive ideas. They keep abreast of latest technology. With this venture I solved a legal puzzle as to how share this property with my siblings. Now this tangle is solved and each one of us in possession of an ultra Model apartment.
